Lately, there have been a number of security software products that interfere and conflict with Medisoft Products. Using such products can cause numerous issues ranging from slowness and errors up to data corruption and data loss. While MPM does recommend using a good anti-virus product on all machines, care must be given to choosing the correct product and properly configuring it. If you are at all unsure, please contact MPM for assistance in choosing the correct product. MPM Recommended Products:

Barely meeting the minimum requirements may affect performance. You may encounter poor performance, lag, longer load/save times, etc. McKesson develops and tests off of the most current release of the above mentioned operating systems. Recommendations are for the most current releases.
