Relay Health Setup Guide - Step 1
Register for CollaborationCompass.com
The Collaboration Compass website is your portal for all your Relay Health needs. Here you will
find payor numbers, payer agreements, check status of agreements, search for payors, check
eligibility, and much more. The first step in the process is to register for the website.
- Go to www.collaborationcompass.com
- Click on "Register"
- Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions
- Fill in the requested information:
- Submitter ID: Provided to you in your email.
- User ID: Select a user ID to log into the site with. Be sure to follow the guidelines listed.
- First / Last Name: The name of the person using this account.
- Email: The email listed here is where you confirmation will be sent upon completion of this registration
- Password: Choose a password following the guidelines listed. REMEMBER this password.
- Confirm: Enter the same password again
- Hint Question: Choose a question that will be asked should you lose your password
- Hint Answer: The answer to the above question
- Phone: Enter your phone number
- News Subscriptions: Select any and all items you wish to be notified of via email.
- Click the "Validate" Button on the bottom left
- If there any any problems reported with your information, correct them now.
- When you have finished, and validated without any problems, click "Submit"
- Wait to receive your registration confirmation via email
It may take up to 24 hours to receive your confirmation. You will not be able to log in until
you receive this email. Please be patient. Once you receive the email stating your registration
has been completed, you may proceed with this guide.
