Relay Health Setup Guide - Step 6

Set up Insurances in Medisoft

1. In Medisoft, click Lists and choose Insurance then Carriers
2. Double click on the insurance you wish to send claims via Relay Health
3. Go to the EDI/Eligibility Tab
4. In the EDI Receiver field, select Relay Health
5. In the EDI Payor Number field, enter the Relay Health CPID number for this insurance.
   • You can look up CPID numbers by clicking here.
6. In the Options Tab, set the Default Billing Method to Electronic
7. Click Save
8. Repeat this process for all insurances you wish to send via Relay Health
