Relay Health Setup Guide - Step 3

Check Approval Status

After submitting your agreements, you must wait to be approved by the payors. Turnaround time varies but is usually 3 to 5 weeks. When the Payor processes your approval they will notify Relay Health. To check on the status of your approvals, take the following steps:

  1. Go to www.collaborationcompass.com
  2. Log in using the user id and password you created
  3. Go to the Payor menu, select Payor Agreements and click Payor Agreement Library
  4. On the left column, click Search Existing
  5. Enter the information you wish to search for
  6. The results will show any agreements matching your search
    • Here you can review submitted agreements
    • Check the status of them
    • View copies of them
    • And check that they have been approved
  7. You will be notified via email when your agreements have been approved.
  8. After receiving approval, you may begin sending electronic claims to these payors.
