Check Approval Status
After submitting your agreements, you must wait to be approved by the payors. Turnaround time varies
but is usually 3 to 5 weeks. When the Payor processes your approval they will notify Relay Health. To
check on the status of your approvals, take the following steps:
- Go to www.collaborationcompass.com
- Log in using the user id and password you created
- Go to the Payor menu, select Payor Agreements and click Payor Agreement Library
- On the left column, click Search Existing
- Enter the information you wish to search for
- The results will show any agreements matching your search
- Here you can review submitted agreements
- Check the status of them
- View copies of them
- And check that they have been approved
- You will be notified via email when your agreements have been approved.
- After receiving approval, you may begin sending electronic claims to these payors.
